Favourite Seremban Food Restaurant, Dataran Prima

So I am a follower. So what. Bite me. Better still, bite this:-More than a tummyful of floggers have sung praises of this place. How not to drop by with full blast of salivating (frothing leans more towards craze than crave) in mouth?

‘World Famous Cuttlefish Vermicelli!’ The proprietor exclaimed many times.Well, err.. let’s move on.

Hakka Noodle. Never judge food by the colour (sometimes). This tasted somewhat like the instant Indomie Mee Goreng which I am quite addicted to.Wantan Noodle. No doubt, a good accompaniment to this:-Fishballs and Porkballs. Balls will be balls. The former bouncy, the latter fragrant with bits of dried cuttlefish. I did not skip breakfast for these so obviously I did not pay much attention to it.

Char-Sui-Kows (Fried Dumplings). I usually enjoy this as snacks at most places. Pity the skins/wrappings here which were rather thick were cold and tough when I reached for them. Could be my fault as I did take time to go through thisand thisand this, everybody together nowand thisand not forgetting this last pieceSince that delicious char-siew feast on a late Saturday morning in November 2007, I’ve been back for more. Just so you know, I am now quite a hit at relatives and friends’ (non-floggers) pot-luck parties with those strips of glistening meat. A small tip here. It’s better to pack cooked (bbq, roasted, fried) meat without cutting or chopping it up to retain its succulence. Another tip, since the caramelised char-siew here is already satifying on its own, why not save the sweet dark sauce provided as dip or marination for your home-cooked dishes? =P Want a big tip? Pssstt, bundle sc and wmw along for best-est service and extra servings!

Price list:- Char-siew (literally charred and grilled) pork strips RM5.00 for small serving (see the picture of 3 plates? That's small serving per plate. Possible to stretch for 2 small meat eaters), RM8 for medium, RM15 for big (Think I did more than my share of this that day. *Drools from memory*). Cannot recall price of the other items but they are charged most reasonably.

Ahhh... i've always wanted to visit this place, for i've been fortunate enough to sample Seremban food consistently for the past 2 years.

I must say the pictures here do resemble what i've had in Seremban.. especially the Hakka Noodles.

Man, the Char Siew's gonna make my mum faint upon sight. And is she sees me eating this, she might just disown me.....
