Phitoy brought these over from Taiping and I was going, 'Alo, bring-lar something famous from there. Everywhere also got oranges-wat.' I gladly swallowed my words whole without hesitance upon the first bite!

I'm really putting this up more to enquire than to promote. Oh ya, Phitoy got them at RM10 for 8 palm size reddish sweet juicy oranges. 8 big ones for RM10, where to find huh? Pretty purty please share the information if you have as my stock is running low!
Note:Been told that if oranges are not sweet, don't refrigerate them. Room temperature will further ripen them. Same goes for Mandarin oranges. Later batches are usually sweeter. True?

tummy, i didn;t know oranges r so expensive in MY one ? they looked really good though :) Right now good oranges is running for USD89cents/lb here, which is already quite expensive :(
Thanks for the tip, now I know not to refrigerate my oranges.
Never heard of this brand before as my dad is a fan of Sunkist. Is this locally grown in Taiping? Will keep an eye from now on for this oranges.

melting wok, that price is considered very reasonable for the size & quality. Aside from import fruits, local ones here can be quite expensive too compared to neighbouring countries eg Thailand, Cambodia and even China!

rasa malaysia-ar, my 'CNY mark attendance' duty can be quite tedious-ler. Given a choice, I rather check out all the leng-chais & leng-luis at the dinner. Really kowtow to u & Audrey for taking so much time & effort to organise this! *bow low low*

Where do you work? I don't understand what 'CNY mark attendance' entails.
rasa malaysia, haha. I meet most of my relatives during CNY (Chinese New Year), a once a year activity. So, it's like an annual 'mark attendance' or 'report' ritual-lor.

I was told that there is this fruit stalls in Jalan Imbi and they only sell imported fruits. You can give it a try!
